Information We Collect
To provide accurate Saju readings, we collect birth data including your name, gender, birth year, month, day, time, and location. A compatibility reading also uses the other person's gender and birth details, but does not require their name. If you submit another person's information, you confirm that you have their permission or another lawful basis to do so. We also collect basic account information such as your name and email address through secure OAuth identification.
How We Use Your Data
Your birth data is used exclusively to calculate and generate your personal interpretations. Your account info manages your history and credits. We do not use your birth trends for commercial marketing.
Data Sharing & Storage
We do not sell your personal information. We use hosting and database providers to operate the Service. To generate a reading, the birth details and chart context you submit are also sent to the OpenAI API. OpenAI states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train its models by default. We disable provider response storage for these API requests; OpenAI's security and abuse- monitoring retention rules still apply. You can read the provider's current policy in OpenAI's API privacy notice.
User Rights & Deletion
Compatibility readings cannot be shared publicly. Other reading types may offer an optional share link containing only the excerpt you select. Birth data and completed reports remain in your account history while your account is active. When an account is deleted, we delete or de-identify that history, except for limited backups or records required for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Self-service account deletion is not currently available in the app; we will update this policy and the account screen before presenting it as an available control.
