Digital Credit Consumption
SAJU ATLAS provides digital "Reading Credits" that grant access to AI-generated Saju interpretations. All transactions are processed in USD. Due to the instantaneous nature of digital delivery, credits are considered consumed and non-refundable once used to generate a Reading report.
Eligibility for Cancellation
You may request a cancellation and refund for unused credits within 7 days of the original purchase date. This eligibility applies only if zero (0) credits from that specific package have been spent. Partial refunds for partially used packages are not supported.
Credit Validity Period
All purchased credits are valid for 365 days (12 months) from the date of transaction. Credits that remain unused after this 12-month period will automatically expire and be removed from your balance. Expired credits are not eligible for a refund or extension.
Transaction Protection
Our payment flow is secured by Toss Payments and supports international methods such as PayPal. If your payment is confirmed by the provider but credits are not added to your balance, we will either manually adjust your balance or provide a full refund upon verification.
Processing Method
All approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) via the Toss Payments gateway. Settlement typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your financial institution's policies.
