01 / INTRODUCTION
Acceptance of Terms
By using SAJU ATLAS, you agree to these Terms and our Refund Policy. Read the birth details and purchase summary before confirming payment.
02 / PAYMENT
One reading per purchase
Each new purchase is for one personalized Saju or compatibility report, based on the birth details submitted before checkout. Payments are processed by Toss Payments, including supported international methods such as PayPal in USD. New purchases do not add credits to a balance or provide an unused annual pass.
03 / DELIVERY
Immediate generation and delivery
By selecting the checkout consent, you request generation to begin immediately after payment approval. A reading usually takes 3–5 minutes. Service delivery is complete when the finished report is available in your account. Payment approval alone does not mean the report has been delivered. Returning to an already delivered report is access to your saved result, not a new unused reading entitlement.
04 / FAILURES
If a reading does not finish
A failed or incomplete generation is not recorded as completed delivery. You can retry the same purchased reading without another payment, or request a refund through the contact information on this website. Please include the order ID. See the Refund Policy for details.
05 / LEGACY PURCHASES
Earlier purchases
Credits purchased before the switch to direct reading purchases retain the terms and expiry applicable when they were issued. This change does not shorten existing purchased rights. Earlier pending credit orders are also honored under their original purchase terms.
06 / USAGE
Entertainment and personal use
Saju interpretations are for entertainment and personal reflection. They are not professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Results depend on the birth information supplied. You may use your delivered reading for personal, non-commercial purposes.
